We offer remote, hybrid, and in-person employment, depending on the needs of our client projects. Our main office is in Evanston, IL.

Aspiritech Careers: FAQ

While we value college coursework or relevant experience, we are much more interested in whether candidates possess the skills needed across our many client projects.

We recognize that college or graduate schools can be prohibitively expensive and do not often consider neurodivergent students’ needs or experience, and we do not base our hiring on degrees or grades.

At Aspiritech, we believe in wraparound services that take care of the whole employee. Along with an emphasis on physical safety and responsibility, we:

  • Provide an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for our many team members.
  • Employ a team dedicated to providing workplace guidance and support and have a full library of mental health, financial, and social service resources and partners.
  • Utilize a sensory break room to help alleviate stress, and are open to a variety of workplace accommodations.

Some trainees who successfully complete training will join Aspiritech as part-time Software Quality Assurance Analysts. As a service provider, we are dependent on our clients for work. Over the past two years, our client base has grown and we have been increasingly able to offer those employees who are able to work across a variety of projects as many hours as they want.

Yes, most of our QA leads were originally analysts. We can provide additional training, and our goal is advancement for anyone interested. We also offer skills training for additional QA certifications. We are a mission-driven, client-focused business.

Social Programs

Aspiritech offers social programs for staff and community members through its Stepping Up and Out program, also affectionately known as SUO.

SUO activities take place both digitally and in-person as safety allows.
